*IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR OCCASION OR MOOD , THEN THIS PROPERTY IS FOR YOU* I being the Marriott gold member , i had a worst experience of my life ,, it was my baby birthday and my sister anniversary, they spoiled everything… starting from check in CHECK-IN WE ALREADY INFORMED THE DESK ABOUT EARLY CHECK IN AND THEY CONFIRMED TO GET THE ROOM WILL BE READY BY 1 pm .. but we get the keys of all rooms at the end of 3.30 pm .. the manager was very sweet to say just few more minutes 😡… Service request-We already informed them about the decoration and cake need a night before the check in and already remind them in the morning also - but nothing happened after 15-20 calls and 6-7 hours waiting they completed the task .. snapshot attached about the proof of request … *MOST IMPORTANT* *ABOUT F AND B* Sensitive matter- my baby is 8 MONTHS OLD AND WE ORDERED KHICHADI FOR HIM WITHout salt , but guess what they did , they replace my baby food with someone else .. after giving half meal to my baby , i tased myself and felt like it has salt- to my surprise 1st they denied, then i tell them to check again- then they told me my meal is replaced by someone else meal - seriously.. this is a serious matter … Lunch buffet- TO GET SPOON AND WATER , you have to Wait 30 min , this is when the half restaurant is empty … omg 😦 LAST NOT LEAST - we ordered our dinner at around 10.45 pm and it was told to get the dinner around 40-45 minutes, but after50 min when i called front desk , he informed me dinner on the way , again after waiting 20 min , I myself to go reception to check- again he told me - i lied because it was delay so need 5 min more so i say okay , then again after 20 min when i go there nd shouted - that already 2 hours passed and everybody sleeping.. i dont need it then they delivered the chilled food , Nd different item to what i ordered… This review i am writing from the hotel checkin date- they take care of everything- how to make your day worst… will never visit this property — snapshot attached… *Important note- IF YOU WANT TO GET THE STAY FREE OF COST THEN TRY THIS HOTEL OTHERWISE NO POINT, PAYING MONEY TO GET YOUR MOOD SPOILED… better choose lalit manger -near this hotel…

Lovely place. Traditional welcome at arrival was impressive. Staff is helpful taking care at each and every step. Pool side Hi tea ***** with snacks topped up with games was fun. Had dinner in Huang restaurant and Jishin served us well taking care of our taste and requirements.Loved the hospatility
